Okay . It was Anglo-Chinese Junior College Choir's An Evening With Friends @ Esplanade last night. I must say that it was an awesome job well done! :D
"Celebrating 20 Years of Choral Excellence", indeed. It was Choral Excellence, except for one slip that I managed to identify. All the songs were just too mesmerising, especially the encore piece.
I tried to listen with my eyes closed, and it was rather de-stressing.




The finale was the best, El Hambo . Perfect Ending! :D
Gravity and Light was a piece composed for them I guess, the film was seriously boring..
But I especially like how they mimic the calls of nature.
Needless to say, Turning. Turning is a modern arrangement for the traditional Shaker Hymn, 'Simple Gifts'. It is a song which involves the audience. We were given a 14-bar score in the booklet and were asked to sing along :D
I enjoyed it, totally! Haha .




Here the highlight of the concert, their Guest-Of-Honour was Singapore's President, S.R Nathan.
Big shot, huh.

In the second half of the concert, germain started going gaga over Nathan.
Haha, not our President of course! It's last year's Teenage icon, Nathan Ri-something-chee. lol .
(I'm sorry germain! :/)
He is the best example to show those idiotic-immature-injudicious guys out there that
CHOIR IS NOT A SISSY/GAY CCA & GUYS WHO SING ARE MORE CHARMING!

During the intermission, Yee Gin decided that ONE ACJC SOPRANO = FIVE YEEGINS :D
And ONE ACJC BASS = TEN TIANJUNS :DD

And ONE ACJC TENOR = TEN KWONGHONGS :DD
And ONE ACJC BASS = ONE HUNDRED KHENG HIAN :DDDDDDDDDDD
And ONE ACJC TENOR = ... sorry, i think i need the calculator TZEYANGS :DDDDDDDDDDDD
And ONE ACJC TENOR/BASS = ZERO JAMES :O because he is a baritone :P

honestly, silence could kill. I feel like dying, I can't take the silence at home.
I know this will all blow over, but when? Tsk.
It's not as if i wanted it.

I read something that I shouldn't read, again.
I just can't stop myself from reading it. I mean, I can, but I probably don't want to.
I guessed I won't anymore, cos' I have gathered enough evidence to judge who it is.
I feel like scolding you over and over and over again, but I realised it was not your fault to begin with. Let's just blame Cupid for being blind.






I'm beginning to hate the song, 'Fall For You' by Secondhand Serenade.
Everywhere I go, it's that song. same old song.
After turning off the speakers on my com to shut the song off, I turned to my phone for some soul-carressing. I went to my music player and the first song was 'Fall for You' by Secondhand Serenade. I shuffled the playlist again, and it goes back to the same song!?!?
Where got so qiao one?!!?!
I used to love this song like anything. But now..........
Maybe, it's a sign.






I don't know what I want, so don't even ask.
Stop telling me you understand, cos' it hurts more.
I just want to be alone, I want to be with my friends & family.
That's all I want, for now.
I still treasure you as my very close friend, so don't disappoint me.
